Instructor Guidelines

• No Adult Content: All course material must be appropriate for students of all ages.
• No Communicating with Minors Without Parent/Guardian Present: Ensure that a parent or guardian is present during any communication with minors.
• Clean Language: Keep your language professional and suitable for a homeschooling environment.
• Free Course: Free courses are the only course allow to advertise a service in their course. All advertised services must be age appropriate for the age the course is focused towards. To have a Free Course, you must also have a listing in the Homeschooling Services. Click Here to create a listing.
• Commission Agreement: You agree to an 85% commission on all courses listed on Homessor.
• Promote Your Course: Help your business grow by advertising your courses! This is as much your business as Homessor is our. As you share your courses and others share theirs, students will crossover.
• You are not Responsible for their homeschooling: You may need to remind the parent that you are offering a course and not going to be the one to homeschool the student. You are here to help with their homeschooling, not replace a school.
• Never be alone: For the safety of the student and yours, don’t be alone with a student. At least have a non relative to you around while students are around.
• The Show must go on: There are a few things that will set Homessor apart from those who try to take away your students. One of them is not running on a quota to have a class. If you list a course and one student pays for it, then you need to hold your classes. This will help you improve your courses, pricing, and so on. Just remember to ask for a review from that student and keep going.
